Holy Crap, this blog still exists!

Holy crap, this blog still exists!!! Yeah, can't really express the surprise in me that this really old blog of mine is still among the living. It's actually been a year since I've posted anything! My god, my last blog was about our crappy research proposal! Man, those were the days... It's sorta good to be back in the writing game.

Gotta practice my English and writing skills since I'm getting pretty rusty and the 1st thing I thought about was writing in my blog again. Plus there's nothing to do... most of the time! I tried remembering what I did with my free time. Ah yes, my hobbies. I'm playing online games again but then I get tired of them as soon as I play them for a couple of minutes. I went back to the gym but laziness catches up on me from time to time. (Yeah, this isn't really a hobby, it's for my health. I need to lose a lot of weight, damn it!) I also read manga but waiting for the next chapter to come out in a week or a month at most is such a pain. Yes, it is obvious. I need to get a life. I'll be drowning in hospital work soon anyway so it should keep me busy for a while. Hope it won't stop me from writing though. I know I'm not gonna give this one up!

Fruit of the Month --- Watermelon!

Well... It's already been a week of buying, cutting, blending, bottling and taste-testing watermelons! And the most enjoyable job is picking the seeds out of the flesh. Yup, I really love these natural water jugs of fruit juice.

But as they say, everything has its limits... A week of hard labor for our beloved volunteers in our research. It's driving most of my groupmates weary. Delivering the red stuff to their doors everyday under the hot sun... I'm getting tired just thinking about it!

This research of ours has been consuming much of our vacation time. An extension of school work. No hanging out with friends. No sleeping late and waking up late. No social life. Basically, it all comes down to NO FUN, NO REST AND RELAXATION. Actually, it's happening to mostly everyone in 4th year and I bet they're ranting about how tiring their researches are too. Who wouldn't be with all the last minute announcements, revisions and deadlines set too near the day you even heard of the announcement? A student's life is never easy... Especially in nursing.

Anyway, we're almost done with it so no more worries. And halfway to graduating, so it's all good. I can't believe 4 years passed by that quickly. I could still remember when I first entered college and now I'm nearing my graduation. Ack, I feel old. My teen years are coming to an end next month. I'll be a young adult already. Funny how you notice these things too late. Oh well... I believe it's time for some shut eye. This entry just proved that I got a flight of ideas and that I am in need of some sleep. Haha, 'til next time then.

Okay, this is my 2nd attempt of writing a crappy blog! The first one was a failure since my comp suddenly got an error and *POOF!* everything I typed that afternoon was gone in an instant. All my hard work! NOT! Hahaha! It only took me 10 minutes to think about what to type in the 1st blog and when my PC went beserk, I was too lazy to type the thing again so I just gave up. It's not like my life depended on it. Anyway, that was really messed up. Then after that I got a message saying that this blog may be a spam blog so if I don't do something soon, this account will get deleted. Just like my old one. Yes, good times... Good times... Hahaha! Enough about that. Well, just finished one of my finals today. It wasn't as hard as I expected but it was still able to turn my brain into mush. There was only 30 minutes left to answer the exam and I wasn't even done with half the test yet! It took a lot out of me, I'm even feeling a bit drowsy while typing this blog. Maybe it's also coz of the 2 meals I ate. Plus, I have another finals exam to take tomorrow. At least it's the last one for this sem, then it's the start of sembreak. Woohoo! And hopefully, I'll get some ideas on what to shove in this blogging account of mine as I continue trudging on with life. This blog of mine is gonna basically cover all of what's happening in my head so don't expect too much! My brain ain't what it used to be. I think it lost some of its spark when I entered college. With all that stress, I'm surprised I'm not brain dead yet. Hahaha!
